The Woodline Nobilwood line represents the best choice in terms of technical panels for the cladding of armoured doors. The inside of the panels is made of very high-quality wood fibres (M.D.F.), bound by special glues, which guarantee flatness and the absence of swelling, even in the event of high humidity. The levels of formaldehyde present inside the panel are minimal: lower than those of any other similar product, traceable on the market. The wood fibre panel is covered with a synthetic veneer, which faithfully reproduces the surfaces and grain of the wood, with a “painted” effect, with a high aesthetic impact. Furthermore, the resins that cover it make it very resistant to bumps and scratches.
The panels are counterbalanced (in the non-visible surface) by impregnated papers, which ensure very high dimensional stability and isolate them from external humidity and any swelling. Finally, each panel is covered with an adhesive film, to avoid damage both from contact with external agents and during the assembly or installation phase on site. This care in the construction of our products allows their total non-deformability, even after a long time from installation.
Woodline technical panels can be, on request, water-repellent (therefore suitable for exterior doors, due to their very low surface absorption), fire-retardant and certified according to CE regulations.

Special Panels
From the research on the Woodline panel for the cladding of armoured doors comes the Woodline line for the cladding of hollow core doors. Support and surface coating is the same and exceeds, in addition to the very high quality, the aesthetic coordination with the security door. The back of the panels (except for the white lacquered variant) is raw and easily glued to the door frame, while the interior is made of high-quality wood fibres, bound by specific glues, which prevent moisture absorption while preserving the flatness and stability of the panel.
The levels of formaldehyde present inside the panel are minimal: lower than those of any other similar product, traceable on the market. The synthetic veneer coating faithfully reproduces the structure and grain of the wood, with a painted effect of high aesthetic impact, while the resins used resist bumps and scratches.

Floors
FINSA® laminate floors offer many advantages over other solutions due to their installation system, easy maintenance, value for money and wide range of designs and textures. The planks are fixed together without the need for glues or other external elements. This fixing system (“click joint”) allows you to lay the floor in practically laminate on any material (concrete, wood, tiles, ceramic…) without the need to fix it to the existing floor.
For its installation, it is essential to lay a previous layer (called blanket or substrate) that protects the floor from humidity, improves insulation and, moreover, attracts noises and corrects small irregularities in the levelling of the floor. Our laminate floors use high-density HDF wood fibre backing.
Thanks to this, the floor offers great resistance to shocks and the weight of the furniture.
Since wood is the main raw material, laminate flooring is sustainable, renewable and recyclable.
Our wood comes from PEFC and FSC®-C123044 certified forests, which guarantee responsible forest management.
The EPD certification (environmental certificate of the entire life cycle of the product) testifies to our attention to the issues of respect for the environment and sustainability.
